Cecil Ragalo is an exercise scientist, strength and conditioning coach, and founder of MoveWell, with 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. Specializing in pain management, injury rehabilitation, and performance optimization, he has worked with athletes, professionals, and fitness enthusiasts to improve strength, mobility, and longevity. A recreational athlete in powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and endurance training, Cecil integrates evidence-based methods into coaching, program design, and movement therapy. Through MoveWell and digital platforms, he continues to educate and empower individuals to train smarter and move better.

Brian Mugambi is a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist with five years of experience in the fitness industry. As a coach, he focuses on strength training, injury prevention, and movement optimization, helping clients improve performance and build resilience. With a background in Olympic weightlifting and Muay Thai, Brian blends strength, mobility, and conditioning to create well-rounded training programs. His approach emphasizes functional movement, proper mechanics, and sustainable progress, making him a key part of the MoveWell coaching team.

Derrick Lutubula
Derrick Lutubula is a certified fitness coach and strength & conditioning specialist with a diploma in fitness science and two years of experience in the industry. A former professional rugby player, he now specializes in personal training and small group strength coaching, helping individuals build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall fitness. As part of MoveWell, he also trains rugby athletes, runs the youth athletic development program, and designs sport-specific strength programs. Passionate about bodybuilding and powerlifting, Derrick’s coaching focuses on progressive strength training, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development.
